About Me as a Coach
With over 15 years of climbing experience, I've gained a deep understanding of both the physical and mental sides of the sport. Along the way, I’ve faced major injuries, frustrating plateaus, breakthrough moments, and the highs and lows that come with pushing limits. I'm currently training full-time as a professional climber, chasing my own goals on the international stage—but I also love supporting others on their climbing journeys.
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, focused on competitions or rock climbing, I’m here to offer personalized coaching, support, and tailored training plans to help you reach your goals with confidence and passion!

This one-time session is all about getting to know you as a climber. We'll dive into your training and climbing history, current strengths and limitations, goals (short- and long-term), and any injury or lifestyle factors that might impact your performance.

This plan is perfect for climbers looking to take their training to the next level. Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll build a customized training plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and climbing style. You’ll receive an initial assessment, weekly check-ins, performance reviews, ongoing text communication, and adjustments based on your progress.
A three-month timeframe is ideal to lay a strong foundation, break through plateaus, and start seeing measurable improvements in strength, endurance, movement efficiency, and overall climbing performance.

This plan is designed for climbers ready to commit to real, lasting progress. Over six months, we’ll dive deep into a fully customized training plan tailored to your goals.
You'll get a detailed, progressive training plan with an initial assessment, weekly check-ins, personalized feedback and video analysis, ongoing text communication, and flexible adjustments as your climbing evolves.
This timeframe allows us to not only develop key physical attributes like endurance, power, and finger strength, but also work through mental strategies, recovery optimization, and performance habits.
Six months gives us the time to work through full training cycles, manage plateaus, and see meaningful improvements both on and off the wall. If you're serious about elevating your climbing and want consistent support, accountability, and expertise behind you, this plan is your next step.

For climbers who want hands-on guidance, technique feedback, or a focused training boost, I offer limited in-person sessions by the hour. These sessions are ideal for dialing in movement, building confidence on specific styles or climbs, and getting personalized advice in real time.
Please note: In-person availability is limited and location-dependent due to my travel and competition schedule. If I’m in your area, this is a unique opportunity to work together on the wall, one-on-one. Sessions can be tailored to your needs—whether that’s projecting a route, refining your mental game, or building a session routine you can take with you.
